Some of you may have already seen the Focus Puzzle I created, an exercise inviting you to identify your focus areas for 2026. If you haven’t, I’ve included the link on this page to guide you through it.
Consider this page a place to capture your resolutions for the year. I’ll start with my own, and I hope you’ll feel encouraged to share yours.
There’s something powerful about writing things down;
“What gets written becomes clearer, and what gets measured becomes more intentional.“
My Resolutions for 2026 are
Family
Create at least one intentional memory each month with my family; trips, shared rituals, or uninterrupted time together.
Career
Deliver breakthrough results through decisive, visible actions, spending zero energy on commentary and noise and full focus on execution and outcomes.
Health
Eat clean 3 days a week, exercise 3 times weekly, and lose 5–8 kg sustainably by year end.
Pace
Protect my mental and physical well-being by building margin into my days, ending work on time at least 3 evenings a week and scheduling regular recovery time to pursue my purpose and interest.
